My name is Emma and I am currently setting up a web design business. This came about through my being ill and deciding to turn my hobby into a (hopefully) viable business.
I don't do all the bells and whistles you see on many websites, but instead focus on issues such as ensuring the pages are fast-loading, and written to accepted web standards. In addition, all my pages are written to accessibility standards, which is now a legal requirement for non-personal websites.
In these forums I hope to gain loads of useful information to help me on my way, and be able to give something back in return.
