4little1s.com, the online nursery bedding, furniture and baby gifts store is refitting and expanding its current warehouse space in order to keep up with demand from sales.
Following on from a huge increase in sales during 2011, 4little1s.com is refitting and extending its current warehousing space to increase its capacity to service the growing demand from new
parents for baby bedding and nursery furniture.
"The new capacity will allow 4little1s.com to assist in servicing the ever demanding retail customer with goods that they expect to not only be in stock at the time of order,but to be delivered within their specified timescale" said Managing Director Christianne James.
Additionally, the increased warehouse storage capacity will allow 4little1s.com to expand into a selection of new product lines that are expected during 2012.
Along with the increase in warehouse capacity, 4little1s.com will be looking to capitalize on the investments the company made in 2011. These will be mainly around customer relationship management (CRM),
financial systems, management reporting and a number of operational changes to improve the customer experience and journey.
These will provide a clearer strategic view of the current customer base, trends and new opportunities. Along with a number of exciting technology projects being launched and a number of online and offline marketing initiatives, 4little1s.com is on track for a very profitable 2012.
