Can anyone point me to a good guide in creating a email newsletter please? Started the option on my site for users to request a newsletter so need to be able to learn about putting affiliate links in for fresh offers etc. And also how do you put everyones address in the address send thing without everyones address being sent to every recipient, if that makes any sense

Try a 30 day free trial with dotmailer. If anything it will help you put together different examples to try out - I believe in the trial you can send 20 a day - try it out on your friends and colleagues. There are lots of templates to choose from. I am not sure you can add in affiliate adverts though - worth a look!
