Has anyone listed their site on this? Have been contacted today by adrack to list site. Does anyone use this and is it worthwhile or just a waste of time

Looks like a bit of a waste of time to me, given you can sign up and do it yourself anyway. Id question what value they are going to add as the agency/intermediary as if they arent doing anything what stops you doing it yourself?

Id say it looks a waste of time. Anybody who is selling sponored listings on a tenancy basis (i.e. not CPC) cant be confident that they are going to drive any significant amount of visitors to your site. Id recommend sticking to Google, Live Search, and Yahoo for sponsored search. Potentially include some of the larger local business directories like yell if your product is localised.
