Hello All,

I am looking for a business partner. If you know anyone, based around the South East, let me know. Any suggestion or advice on the best way to find a business partner would be appreciated. Or if you want to tell me how you found your business partner, and ups, downs, and what to look out for.

They don’t really need to make any financial investments, but they do need to be financially independent. In another words, they can support themselves. Three things they need are:

Energy to my level or close (able to work very hard, 7 days a week if necessary).
Good level of either IT knowledge or sales knowledge experience. They must have one or both of those skills.
Financial independence, meaning, if the company is not making money in the early days, they have enough savings to survive, i.e. food rent etc.

If they have a job now then that is fine, I am not asking anyone to leave their job - we can make a plan/work around that. However, they must have time.

This would be a new start up. Although, I did the exact same business, with very good profit margins before.

If you want to know more, feel free to PM me.

hi there it depends on what type of business you run and im sure you have a business plan also what is in it for the partner and what are your expectations for the first three years also 7 days a week is a large investment of time you are asking for what will you be doing for 7 days a week

Hi, my main business is b2b IT Support and Managed Services. However, I also have other business interest, again IT related. I had a successful business doing this, and am able to provide accounts to that effect.

I am not looking for someone to work 7 days a week. I wouldn't want to work 7 days myself. I prefer to look at the worst case scenario. When I first started I had to work really long hours, 7 days, and in the beginning without much pay. My business grew and I had a number of people working for me. I still did long hours, because I was the sole owner, and I had a lot at stake as it was my livelihood. However, I did also benefit financially and a sense of self satisfaction. I am looking for someone who is not afraid of hard work. That's why I described it that way. It's better to under promise and over deliver.

One more thing, for the right person, the would be looking to become a business partner in every sense of the word. I won't go through the details here.
