Customer not present payment options help

i have started to develop the payday borrowing website with my web designer. for the business i need a solution which enables:

-customer inputs debit card info clicks submit or pay
-payment is taken on the agreed date eg 30th of the month

the option i have been told so far is doing a cnp transaction on the date presumably through the physical terminal?

any other ideas/solutions?

I think worldpay does it automatically, worth checking.

checked out worldpay website looks good as they offer internet merchant account as well as virtual terminal, however still not 100% that they would do this.

also issue with regards to storing the card details for 30days for instance, can anybody help??
