Bags and stickers

Hi there. Can anyone recommend a good place to find affordable bags. I am looking for paper ones with handles, or nice promotional plastic carriers. My problem is that most suppliers sell by vast quantities, and I only want to buy a small amount at a time.
I am also looking for stickers with my logo, or a stamp with my logo.
