Hi Folks,

Am looking for a wee bit of help really. I'm looking to prepare a 30 second radio jingle. Does anyone know of any companies that do this sort of things. Has anyone did any in the past who are willing to share their experience? Can someone give me a heads up on costs etc.

Looking forward to your posts.

I run an online radio station and when i was setting it up i came across a page with info about this. I will try and find the page for you and get back to you.

We handle all kinds of productions, we are a production company. We have a strong background in broadcast radio. Give me a cal, and we'll talk about your project.

Cheers,

Lol! I should have thought to get into this business. :)

If you can't find a jingle, I'm sure it won't be hard to find a musician who can compose and record something original for you.

I think the radio station you're advertising with can normally set you up with something, Barry - either they do it in-house, or they contract it out to someone. I could be very wrong about this, though :)

Why not start with this gentleman - he just posted in another forum :

He can probably help out with a professional voice (I would hope!)

I have a friend that runs a recording studio and specialises in vocal recording. His name is Martin and you can get to him through www.podmusic.co.uk.

Tell him Ian recommended him to you and he might offer a discount.

Thanks Ian!

I'll give Martin a try.
