Clothing designers

OK, a bit of a strange on, maybe...

How would I go about getting some clothing patterns drawn up? The patterns would then be sent to China for production.

All I have is an idea at present, just need someone who can draw up suitable patterns, and maybe make the odd sampler?

How about fashion students? A module of their course would usually include pattern design/cutting & mock ups. Could be a way of doing it for free?

Hi, thanks for the reply. The only problem with that is that a few of the designs will be a bit risqué! If you get my drift.....
