Do you use Skype and for what purpose?
At the moment I am using Skype a lot more for business, which I started out just using it for friends saying hello. So what is your opinion of Skype?
Cheers,
Damion.

I have considered buying those Skype phones from 3
Apparently you make free calls for only £15 per month to other skype users.
However, my current tarrif is pretty good and I don't know anyone else on Skype.
I will be keeping a watching brief for a year or two.
Kind regards
Robert Blake:)

I use skype only as a fallback solution if my VOIP goes down. Works well as a back up solution.

I make many overseas business calls and use Skype 100% for them now. It is great - I never have any problems with it. You can even enter numbers into those damn call-centre machines using your keypad.
Saves me lots of money over using regular phone.

I find Skype great. It has saved me a lot of money on phone calls. Previously I was simply using the BT landline in the office for most of my calls, but now I use Skype whenever possible. It's saved me a lot of money and I find the call quality absolutely fine for the majority of the time.

Skype is an anagram of Pesky - coincidence? I don't think so.

Here's another one that surely is no coincidence:
Mother in law = Woman Hitler

I do use it for speaking to other Skype members and the quality is good. However as a business tool with a number for people to call me on a normal phone (or me to call them) I find the quality isn't quite good enough yet.
Also I don't use it as much as I should mainly because I can't get a Skype In number for my local exchange. I have a London number but it is odd using that on letterheads and web pages as I'm based in the Isle of Skye so it doesn't give a good impression.
