New Sports Network Site

Well after over 14 months from having the idea and then development I have finally got version 1 of my sports network out the door, well I started developing it in January 2008 but due to various work commitments stopped and started until yesterday :(! Hooray... lol :redface:

To be honest after all this time, I'm not sure if the site will actually become popular but just bloody glad the damn thing is live! :D ... hehehe

I think for a site like that to succeed you need to take off the google ads. You will get more credibility IMO.

Thanks for the comment, the google ads were on there in the beginning to get the site indexed quicker... also I need to leave space for potential advertisors but can't just leave the spaces blank :(

Will have a think about the adsense and maybe remove it

I forgot to say... If you like the idea why don't you sign up ;).. It'll only work if people sign up :)

I think its agreat idea! I think the press would love it. You should try and get it on local radio.
