I think you can only specify one email address on paypal so you will need to use your own or a thirdparty mail service to automforward to two or more addresses.
As a webdesigner, I imagine you already have some rackspace where you could run a small server for the purpose in some dark corner of an existing box.
Otherwise, a search for mail forwarding services should sort you out.

Here is an example (http://www.web-hosting.com/support/email/examples.html) (scroll down to read about mutliple addresses). NB. I am not recommending these guys, just found them on a search to give you an idea. If you want to do it on your own server, some freebie mailing list software should do the trick. Alternatively, you can probably even manage it using a private group on Yahoo groups if you are inclined.

Ok. How are you going to figure who has looked at the message and is dealing with it?

Ok. I was going to suggest the alternative would have been to use an IMAP account and for the person dealing to move to their own folder. Information available to both put obvious who is addressing.
You have of course taken the simplest approach.
