I would like to introduce myself. I am Rachel Saint and I am Director of the Work-Life Balance Enterprise. I am right at the start of running my business and have joined the forum to share ideas and tips from other like-minded business people.
I am a life coach working with people looking to acheive a better work-life balance. Although I have been coaching for a number of years, it is only now that I have turned this into a full-time business of my own.
I look froward to some great interactions with you.

With very best wishes
Rachel

Hi Rachel,

Should you be working on a Saturday? Just kidding. Welcome to the forum. I suspect that there are many on this forum who do not have much life at the moment and who will benefit from your advice.

As someone who works full time as a wage slave (unlike most on this forum) in a very demanding career, supports several small businesses including my wife's, and has kids I know the challenges well. I have just finished working very intensively for three months on a project that had me travelling outside of the country all of the time. Oddly, catching up on UKBF gives me a break and allows me to recover from the family outdoor activities for a while.

I look forward to your postings.

Stuart

Hi Rachel! Can I be inquisitive and ask you to write a bit about Life Coaching? I visited your website, but there doesn't seem to be an overview yet, and this is something that I don't know much about. I hope you enjoy the forums.

Is a Life Coach like that Pete Cohen (think thats his name.) Off GMTV.

Just sounds interesting.

Best of luck with your venture anyway.
