Tenants contract

Hi
Can anyone can help me with this problem, hope so!
I own a business within my business I currently have 12 standing tenants.
Two of these tenants are a pet shop and a aquatics shop. In the pet shops contract it states they are not allowed to sell aquarium products on our premises. Problem is they also have a web site and 1 other shop, from both of thses they sell aquarium products. I now am having trouble with the aquatics shop making a complait that the pet shop has breched there contract. Please somebody help!

Cannot see a problem with what you state.

The contract forbids them from selling aquatic products from yourpremises and they do not. Therefore there is no real problem and they certainly are not in breach of their contract with you.

The fact that they sell these products elsewhere is nothing to do with your contract!

If the contract only applies to the property, and they aren't storing or distributing the aquatic products through this property, I fail to see what they're doing wrong...
