Have just got my first sale or return contract ( its better than nothing!) but dont know what to write on the actual paperwork.
Included the obvious....date, quantity, addresses, signatures but what else should be on there?

We used to do sale or return on Sandwiches and rolls supplied to shops, but that may be more simple than your products!
The only thing I would say is that you need to put that the product(s) remain the property of you until they are either a) returned to you or b) you have received payment for any they have sold. Maybe something about they must be returned to you in the same condition they were supplied (unless it's sandwiches, of course!) and something about any damage incurred must be paid for by them?
