Hi everyone, my first post so please excuse any ignorance.

I am investigating setting up a website which would act as the "middle man" for payment between 2 people.
So Person A would pay Person B £5.50 via the website.
I want to then take 50p commission from person B (or person A) for associated payment fees so person B would only receive £5. Is this possible using Paypal/Google checkout etc?
Does anyone have experience of micro-payments by mobile. The amount paid would always be between £5 and £7 but I only want to add a maximum of 60p (eg 50p for paypal costs and 10p for myself), would micro-payments be a plausible method or does the sender have to pay a premium rate for the sms?

Thanks for any advice.
