My name is Amanda (Mandy) and i have an online business which specialises in American style crafts and gifts. I also do Markets and Fairs throughout the year. I have made very good friends in the US which allows me to add new, handmade stock and i make a lot myself too. I have been running less than a year, and i am enjoying every bit of it. Based centrally between Glasgow and Loch Lomond, i will look forward to new advice and ideas on this site. Wish i had found you earlier. Thanks so much. Mandy

Hi Mandy,
It is great to see when someone has given thought to their product and their audience and come up with a website that reflects both of these - and yours does.
Its nice to hear you are doing well and you have some very nice products. I look forward to "speaking" with you some more on these forums.

Hi Mandy,

Have to agree with all of the above - great name and a lovely site. I love the hippy hippo! :) You have done a great job in sourcing some unique gifts - will be visiting your site the next time I need birthday or Xmas prezzies.

Just one thing I would suggest - get rid of the frames, it will really help with the search engines and visitors will probably prefer it too. Without frames you will be able to have the name of each product and category in the page title which should boost your search engine rankings. Adding a short description to your home page and home page title will also help - instead of just 'Angels in the Buttermilk', something like 'Angels in the Buttermilk : American style crafts and unique gifts' for the title and then maybe use a few keywords in a paragraph or two on the home page (birthday presents, candles, handmade, crafts, etc).

Mark.
