I have 2 accounts with that have been tempory suspended for reasons only known to the website provider,a one man band.
My crime ,I apparently ask too many questions. He advertises'unlimited suppport' and I use the urgent button posting emails to him.Of his '500' customers, I am the only one.
In his site he says you get free SLL.When I spoke to him last night asking for my websites to be put back on line he said I never had SLL on them,I was confusing it with SEO.Yet,I have emails to proove that I did.
It looks like he has removed the SLL from the show sites on the page showing his work too.
I owe him no money yet I am linked via PayPal to pay monthly statements.
He says I cannot transfer my sites to another host as 'I haven't paid enough money'.
I urgently need to contact a solicitor with knowledge of where I stand as I have invested in stock and now can't sell anything.
At the moment I will not post his name, but I am wondering if anyone else that uses him,is in a similar situation.

How will anyone else know if you don't give his name?

Sounds like there is two sides to this debate and we are only hearing one of them. If you were using support excesively and owe money then he has every right to suspend your service IMHO.
