HSBC Epayment Problems

Hi all

Anyone experiencing problems with Epayments? We use the CPI gateway and apparently some ISP's are not allowing access to secure servers which is causing a problem with customers being transferred to Epayments to enter card details.

About to call HSBC now and see whether they can let me know any more. Will post back with more info.

Have spoken with HSBC and the problem is with BT not with HSBC. Apparently BT have upgraded software which has resulted in some customers not being able to access HSBC Epayments website.

Trying to find out more.....my BT account is fine....my business partner's is not.

Anyone else know any more?
