View Full Version : I need a form designing in MS word - Can anyone do this?

I need a safety certificate designing as an MS Word document so I can automate the sending of all my safety certificates with Viapost.

It needs to look something like this...

Are there people out there that can do this type of thing??

Hi,

We can do this but not in Word - wouldnt touch that for laying out. Pdf ok for you? or is there some specific reason why word?

The reason I was thinking of using Word was that I use it to type the covering letter and the completed certificates are extra pages of the same document.

I then want to send the whole lot through the mail with one click using Viapost.

If I can fill out and send multiple forms and edit the covering letter as a PDF without having to buy extra software to edit PDFs then that is a possibility.

Having the form in Word would be easier though.

Yes.

Filling in 20 near identical triplicate forms everyday by hand in really small writing is not a job I enjoy.

I've got 12 to do and envelope up tonight with covering letters.

Dull dull dull yawn.
