Hi,
What percentage shareholding does a Group company have to hold in a trading company? What minimum is required? If there is a minimum of course

Not quite sure what the question is???
In order to control a company it must hold 51% of the ordinary shares. Thsi would allow the appointment of directors at AGM's and general meetings.
However in order to have complete control the company should hold more than 75% of the ordinary shares which would allow it to pass special resolutions .
