My g/f's dad thought he could file this online using the HMRC website but seems he cant unless he has 3rd party software. He's successfully filed 2 x SA100's but in need of some urgent help or suffer £100 fine.

Any help appreciated on which 3rd party software to use.

Thanks :D

The fine for a late SA800 is not a flat £100 it is £100 per partner.

David, you are an absolute LEGEND! Thank you very much. John will be over the moon that you managed to submit this on his behalf and save him the expense of a fine.

Talk about last minute!

David has an odd sense of humour, I'm afraid, but he's not bad at the old bean counting and form filling.... :D

Interesting perception. Some of us would see it as a personal worst! :p

Is this still the case that you need third party software to file partnership returns online?
