What is everyone's opinion do people really like to receive a feebie like a pen with your company name on it? Does it help to promote you and your business?

Also any recommendations of a company that would print them on a small run basis?

thanks

www.vistaprint.co.uk print pens and they give you a tester for free.

Personally, I think paper pads or USB sticks are better, because they have a use. Pens are already in very common circulation.

I always grab a free pen when out and about!

A good place to get them is here (http://aaronspromotions.co.uk) and specifically promotional pens (http://aaronspromotions.co.uk/pens-c-129).

Give my son Steve a call on 01530 460198 or look at www.phoenix-holdings.com (http://www.phoenix-holdings.com) he specialises in small amounts done cheaply. He won't mind if you ring him on a Sunday, either.

My advice is avoid cheap pens. Better to give our 100 good quality Parker-type pens than 1000 cheap ones. Customers will appreciate them more and when the ink runs out they'll even buy their own refill!

That is very true.

The cheap pens get thrown away in a clear out but good quality pens seem a waste to throw away.

If customers pass around your pen to others and use it within the proximity of others then that is even better.
