Does anyone know where i can download the regular sans serif font?

Sans serif is a font style, not a font. 'Sans' means 'without' and 'serifs' are the little bits on the ends of letters. See here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sans_serif).
Dafont (http://www.dafont.com/) is a good source of (free) fonts.

There is a sans font, sans serif is the style.
The sans font comes from the Luxi foundry I think.

As Dawg says, it's a family of fonts.
So, you have sans serif fonts (like arial or verdana) and serif fonds (like times new roman or courier).

Change of licence stops modification though, may not allow a convert to windows format, if you are on that OS.
