Hi all,

Looking (still) for someone to handle an adwords account for me.

And recommendations?

Many Thanks

I think there are a fair few here that use Steve Gibson, and would recommend him. My experience is that:

He knows his onions.

He won't take you on unless he thinks you will get back at least the value of his fee.

Steve is too busy!

I contacted a company via a google search but their prices were just silly!

Although we haven't used his service, he has been quite helpful at times and I would think worth a look - Mike Seddon at KK Smarts (http://www.kksmarts.com).

When I registered my very first domain name in 1997 I was charged £245 by a company just for that service. Why did I pay it? Naivety, ofcourse once yoknow it is simple.

To be honest spend an hour reading through the Google adwords pages and you will find that the money spent on "adword experts" can be saved and applied more fruitfully to your self managed adwords campaign.

Most importantly, in my experience, avoid like the plague Content advertising. These are the ads that appear on zillions of websites and generate income for Google and thousands of students in Asia and nothing for you.

IF, you can find an "adwords expert" who can do what you cannot do yourself point him in my direction I would love to speak to him/her. Hitherto, I have not encountered one who has produced anything for me other than a pile of male bovine poo.
