Recently my friend has been looking to relocate as its only for 12 months he is going to let a property.
He does not have the internet at home so has been coming round to mine, the amount of online/virtual letting agents has surprised me,
Basic I am wondering if anyone is in this business or has thought about it doing it on-line or from a small office, with local landlords.
