Hi Chris,
Glad you joined. I read both your introductions, and both were fine :)
I'll going to be putting a page up shortly that helps people understand how to get the most out of using business forums such as this one. In short though, here is some pointers...

Answer questions where you are knowledgable. This demonstrates your expertise in that field. The more knowledgable you appear the more memorable you are, and the more people remember you the more likely they are to turn to you when they need your services.
Obviously, the more your name is seen also helps!
The same also goes for asking questions, don't be afraid to ask a question to get answers from those who are in the know.

Most of my time is spent running and building my company along with 2 other partners. Outside of work then there is more work some squash and a grown up family. All very interesting and fun. Want to know more? please ask
