Welcome to the forum.

I think services such as yours can be a real benefit to many people in this modern age of job mobility. Many people do not have the skills to polish a CV and sell themselves and miss out on jobs that they would be ideal for because of this.

Hope you like it on here. Look forward to hearing your advice. Of course, many of the people on here are owners of small businesses and will only be looking for a new job if there business goes down. Other than this scenario, do you offer any services to small business owners?

Its been years since I had a CV (14 years) so wonder what mine would look like ;)
Career advice is something I do think many people would benefit from, because what sounds like a "good idea" may not necessary be the right choice nor may the person enjoy the job once they start. Things like this not only cause inconvenience to the person having to chift jobs but also the employers who have to then find a replacement all over again.

Hey guys,

Thanks for your responses! I'm really aiming at a market which cannot afford to pay thousands of pounds for career management. Its a niche market because these everyday people may not even consider the possibility of personalized career management. There are so many people out there who have the skills but their resumes simply do not reflect this (as a former finance and personnel manager I have seen many resumes in my time). I just love being able to help people achieve their dreams...

I also do business development and support services, take a look at my website www.rslmanagementservices.co.uk (which reflects my bubbly yet unique personality so my web designer has done a good job here!) . I'm excited about my business and what it will become. I hope to make some excellent contacts on this forum so please do stay in touch.

Kind regards,

RSL
