As a corporate Events and PR specialist Chi Chi is able to help all new and old business's from the launch and PR to exibitions and conferences

I have helped many young companies with a PR and markeing stratagies and strongly believe in taking the hassle out of events management.

I have a moto leave the jobs to those who specialse in the area. Just because you have purchased a first aid kit this does not mean you are now able to operate on your self or a any one else. This is the same principle in buisness, many people think just because they have their own business they are able to handle all aspects of it from accounting to PR.

Outsorcing some of your jobs will give you the time to carry on doing what you love doing.

Hi Gita and welcome to the forum. Good point you make about avoiding trying to do everything. Always a tricky balance for small businesses though: to have control you need to understand a bit of everything to start with, in the early days you cannot really afford to pay anyone else, and very easy to focus on the trade and not recognise the importance of the other areas.

Event management, even on a small scale for small businesses, is now such a crucial part of building a name that there is a good demand for your kind of services.

I wish you well on the forum and in business.
