I have a moto leave the jobs to those who specialse in the area. Just because you have purchased a first aid kit this does not mean you are now able to operate on your self or a any one else. Thais, thanks for pointing out my spelling mistakes.... My site is yet to be launched and members of my team have been working on the text, there are loadza mistakes!!! But I shall have them all cleared by the time I launch.

Hi Gita and welcome to the forum. Good point you make about avoiding trying to do everything. Always a tricky balance for small businesses though: to have control you need to understand a bit of everything to start with, in the early days you cannot really afford to pay anyone else, and very easy to focus on the trade and not recognise the importance of the other areas.

Event management, even on a small scale for small businesses, is now such a crucial part of building a name that there is a good demand for your kind of services.
