CS-Cart, any ideas?

Just thought I would throw this into the forum.

Does anyone have any experience, good or bad with CS-Cart.

We have been asked to look at it for someone, never come across it before, any input would be welcome.

It looks Russian, judging from their emails. Not too impressed with their site though.

Recently we have got chance to work on CS-cart and found it to be good. Its good, provide most of the feature and simple to integerate.
