Good Day

Briefly I started Ian Doyle Recruitment 4 years ago dissatisfied with what I perceived to be high fees and low levels of service within the recruitment industry ( Do please share your experiences with me )

Despite job specifications detailing exact requirements on req'd experience, career history, qualifications etc etc I was being sent numerous CVs that did not meet my criteria.

Rather than sitting there despairingly I set up my own company modelled on the LO COST Airlines but without the negativity that they sometimes attract.

Marketing was key to get noticed we offer:-

i.e. Candidates at bargain prices
Special monthly offers
Two candidates for one deal
Buy now pay later
January Sales - All Candidates discounted by 25%
March Madness

We market candidates in the same way as product !

All a bit gimmicky but this strategy was supported by a lo Cost totally professional operation - We now deal with some of the largest names in British Industry so clearly we are doing something right !

-----------------------------------------------------------

So this is what we offer!

Paying through the nose for your recruitment service, if you are contact us and join a revolution.

We lower cost through innovation - Ian Doyle Recruitment IS the UKs LoCost Recruitment Service !

:Our fees are generally 40% lower than high st recruitment agencies.
:we advertise for free.
:we offer what we believe to be generous and flexible payment terms.
: we offer full moneyback guarantees if we do not get it right.

So if you do not have time to advertise, source, evaluate, interview good candidates check us out and start saving money.

If you need additional staff and want a tailored professional service
for the same price as a local advert without all the hassle do please contact us now - complete discretion assured.

Hi Ian

This sounds like a fantastic service. I might be interested in utilizing your services for my company's business. I offer a virtual office services company & freelance contractors, but we also dabble in on site temps/perms. I have an associate who owns an agency in Bracknell, but her resources are limited to the Thames Valley.

I was wondering if you might be interested in working with us in some way? Either on a commission basis, or maybe a reciprocal link? I lived in Manchester for 3 years and didn't find the agencies very professional as opposed to the South East so perhaps you have something to offer? If you want to discuss, please email me anne@freelanceofficeservices.co.uk
