Briefly I started Ian Doyle Recruitment 4 years ago dissatisfied with what I perceived to be high fees and low levels of service within the recruitment industry ( Do please share your experiences with me )
Despite job specifications detailing exact requirements on req'd experience, career history, qualifications etc etc I was being sent numerous CVs that did not meet my criteria.
Rather than sitting there despairingly I set up my own company modelled on the LO COST Airlines but without the negativity that they sometimes attract.
Marketing was key to get noticed we offer:-
