Dear all,

As a business owner, how much would you be willing to pay for remote IT support (telephone, remote control of your computer) or onsite support (engineer's call out charge)? I would also like to know your experiences, if any with such support. Would you rather use a pay-as-you-go scheme or regular monthly payments? And finally, would you rather use your local pc world business? Please feel free to question my assumptions? is this service needed at all?

The reason that I'm asking is that we are setting up an IT support company focussed on providing essential infrastructure services to local clients. Thanks for your help.
