Hi
I am doing some research and I would like to find out how much it would cost me to rent/buy a small office in Leicester.
There is only me, so enough room to fit in a desk/sofa and a few chairs would be great. I need somewhere near the city centre. I also need internet access.
Anyone have some room to spare? What are the prices for a place like this? This is just my preliminary research at the moment.

Hi MESophie,
I'd suggest getting a few quotes by contacting the following:
Try searching here:
http://property.investleicestershire.com/
(http://property.investleicestershire.com/)
LCC's website have a commercial property section here:
http://www.leicester.gov.uk/business/commercial-property
Search facility here:
http://www.leicester.gov.uk/propertyshop-search/
Right Move have a commercial property section:
http://www.rightmove.co.uk
Contact commercial property agents
What about the local papers commercial property to let section?
Are there any local business incubators, i.e. sharing a building with similar start-up businesses, for example: http://www.lcbdepot.co.uk/?
Have you tried contacting the local business link?

Hi Sophie,
We have some excellent office providers on our site, cmypitch, many of whom specialise in services for small businesses.
It's a free service; you fill out a short form with your requirements and then we send it to all our registered serviced offices in your area. You'll then receive calls from up to three companies who'll give you no-obligation quotes for your business. It's then up to you to decide which company, if any, best fits your requirements and budget.
Regards,
Stefan
