sms business

hi , i am cosidering starting an sms type business (ringtones , txt chat, etc )
i know that they have had bad press recently , but they are lucrative and i assume there is still a market for this type of undustry.

can anyone give me some advice on the how to operate and run this type of business and what sort of equitment i need ...thanks

I would imagine that this is a very competitive market. How do you intend to differentiate? Getting to the top of the search engines will take a lot of work, simply having a site is not enough.
