Companies House - USA and Europe?

Hi,

I need to find out the name of company directors in the USA and Europe. In the UK i can find out this information from Companies House. How do i find this out for companies in the USA, France and Italy? Is there a website or company i can contact? I have no idea.

I don't believe that this information is readily available. For the US you will need to know the state the company is registered in. Certain states are more transparent than others.

Ah i see. The American company i need to find the directors for is headquartered in New York. Would you have an idea what i would do in this case?

Yes, but that does not mean that the company is registered in New York State. Many American incorporations are registered in Delaware for tax and legal reasons.
