I have just started a new I.T services company offering web and software development services.
Although I am looking for a method of reoccurring income each month as a stable base line to build on.
Has anyone got any ideas?

re-occuring income?? as in monthly payments etc? so you cget £9.99 per customer per month and build it up and up and up the more customers you get over the next 2 years.

Add a support licence to the software or annual maintance fee for upgrades fixes etc?

I thought about the support side but as the software is just a CRM and not to expensive i can not see many people purchasing it.

I thought about moving it online and charging say £4.99 to host the software and so they can access it anywhere in the world at any point.

do what i do fella...quote for the website...e.g. £240 and then divide it up per month..e.g. the customer can choose to pay all in one chunk or pay monthly!

i'm getting everyone chosing the pay monthly option now..its easier for their accounts rather than putting £240 out in one month..they spread it over 12 months and it looks really good to their accountant :D

That’s a really good idea,

I was thinking of offering installing wifi to restaurants, clubs, generally anywhere where people might world and sell membership cards for say £1.99 a month, as well as advertising space for the start up page.
