Hi

We have just bought 50% of www.contactfoundry.com a small highly skilled outbound telesales company and would like to know?

1: what are your main considerations when looking for this service?
2: what have been your experiences to date of the type of service provided?
3: Do you think £14.00 per hour for this service is good enough value to try it?

Oh I know the website is naff but we will re-branded the company over the next few months and hence it is your thoughts on the service and costs that would be very helpful

Hi Dave,
Good luck on your venture!

1. The ability for the operators to understand the product they are selling, and reliable and easy to understand way of tracking and monitoring success rates (conversions).
2. Not very good due to the last point above, but lets see how the second try works this time! (revisiting)
3. I have found that its usually cost per call/lead has been the most common pricing model and the one I prefer to work to. It also enables a fixed price for the client which people tend to prefer.

Hope this helps!

Thanks Ozzy

We have just spend a few day refining the USP's and have built in a lot of the comments from our network into the proposal's

Hi, as an organisation we often use telesales/telemarketing organisations.
When choosing suppliers iy is generally on quality not cost.

We only now engage companies who work on a cost per lead basis as this helps us to keep quality.

Hope this helps

Hi Dave,
Another thought to take into account is getting know your customers products and sometimes staff well before taking on the project. That way when doing the sales calls your operators can speak knowledgably about the company, its staff and the product and not sound like a "call centre".

Just thought I would provide a quick update.

Business has gone well, very well. We are moving offices and now looking to set up a 2nd office in Glasgow for April.

Key decisions have also been made including.

No more than 15 telesales staff in any office.
No automated diallers
Direct contact with the telesales people working on your project.
No Scripts, just elevator pitches.
Price raise to £15.00 per hour (sorry)
