Hi Group,

I run a internet company specialising for one industry and I would like to have a set of terms and conditions published which I can put on my company stationary.

The problem Im having is that clients are moving the goal posts on the design briefs or wanting big changes the day before it goes live.

Can anyone offer information on this subject or recommend a person or company who will be able to help me with this matter.

Thanks

Hi Simon

I put "terms and conditions website design" into Google and got quite a few good results of examples - and a lot that suck!

Have a look through some of them - there seems to be something of a trend for saying only perhaps 2 revisions are included in the price - any others get charged as extras. Of course, it is important to establish the spec for the site - if you have agreed to make something happen on the site and have to revise it later to make it happen, you can treat that as one of the two revisions.

If you wnat the name and contact details of a solicitor to help with this let me know.

regards

Graham
