anyone using paypal?

Hi All

Sorry, really flooding this site at the moment!

We currently use PayPal for payment processing and its confusing lots of our customers. Mainly because errors dont give any information. And I'm also thinking the way i've integrated it might look a bit crap!

Hi there Kitty,

We use Paypal pro for credit/debit cards, Paypal Express and Google checkout for our orders. Paypal pro is used along with Romancarts shopping cart, the only time you know you are on Paypal is when you input your card details and look in address bar, take a look, hope this helps.

What errors are you getting??

the only thing that I can is that it takes you away from the site in a new tab/window for the cart with no means of getting back to your page unless someone clicks the back button

this might be turning customers away from making a purchase

Personally I would look to base your site around a ecommerce package that handles the cart for you internally in the site as I see you are using a javascript based package and not all customers may have javascript turned on, so in this instance that might be the issue ie, not even seeing the cart????

Once things get to paypal all is in order with regards to making the payment as its only the standard paypal page
