View Full Version : Presentation folders instead of brochures?

Hi,
we're exhibiting for the first time at the National Wedding Show at the NEC in March and i'm deciding on the most cost effective professional looking literature to take along. We have lots and lots of A5 general leaflets done a little while ago by printing dot com (it was a particually good promotion they were running!) which should provide us something to give to people passing by etc...
However i'm debating having some presentation folders produced A5 size would probably do the job, that we could give to very interested customers with details of the wedding favours they're particually interested in and a mail order form perhaps and a voucher. I'm thinking of going down the folder route as obviously our designs change quite frequently so brochure would probably be a bit pointless.
I've checked printing.com site and they're coming out very expensive and their artwork charge is normally very high too. I don;t think I have the required software or ability to do my own artwork either! Does anyone have any views on whether this is a cost effective option and where I could try for a price comparison? I'm looking for 250ish but would look at getting more if the pricing structure made it silly not to (as is often the case!).
Thanks
Andrea

We find that this works quite well if your marketing literature is dynamic. You can also select which inserts to include for that particular interest or insert them all for general purpose.

We have designed many professional folders for various clients.

Please take a look at our portfolio and enquire.

Good design is not as much as you think ;)

Hi Andrea,

This is a good option for you because as you say your designs change frequently. The inserts inside the folders can be targeted far better to your clients that you meet on the stand.

If you go this route then I would suggest that not only do you have the folders designed but also the inserts. This will look so much more polished. The cost will depend on how many inserts you decide to go for. If you don't have the money in your budget for that as well you could at least have a template with your corporate brand that you can run through your own printer as and when required. You have flexibility with this method.

If you want to chat and develop some great ideas give us a call on 01753 208022 (speak to Kevin). The cost for the design and print is going to be a lot better than printing.com too.

Have a look at the quality of our design here if you are interested.
