Online Accountant Needed

I am looking for an accountant for our company, i manage our books with Quickbooks Pro so don't need access to accounting software, just someone to sort our my accounts each year and offer advice, must be available by Msn or Skype. I was going to use the accountant i used for my previous business but he is unreliable to say the least.
