Hello,
I invoiced a client two weeks ago (my payment terms are 30 days). They have informed me that they cannot pay me the full amount at the end of the 30 days but can pay the amount in instalments over three months. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if you require a Consumer Credit License for offering instalments? Is there a maximum period you can offer credit to your customers?
