membership/ login software

There appears to me many shopping cart solutions. I would like to find one which also has a membership/ login section, where you can edit and update your orders after purchase. Any recommendations?

A lot of open source shopping carts can easily be configured to either insist that the customer registers, and therefore needs to login to place an order, or give the customer the option. Not sure about editing the order after purchase though, because once payment has been made, the order is generally despatched to the customer

I run several sites on Prestashop and Magento, both of which have the option of the customer registering.

It is for a tour company so there is not physical product that requires posting. If someone books several months in advance I would like to give them the ability to cancel upto about 2 weeks before the trip. Also, ideally I would not like to receive the payment untill 2 weeks prior to the trip. Hopefully, this would help me reduce my refund no.
