2009 is expected to be a difficult year for all the businesses, I am starting this thread as a brainstorming exercise for all the members and hoping that all will benefit from the ideas.
There will be several tips to help increase and sustain the business, but I think all the ideas to grow business will fall under one of the following categories.
1. Getting new customers for your business.
2. Increasing the sale amount per customer.
3. Making the customer buy from you more often.
4. Holding on to the customer for longer.
