Hi Everyone

I have been running Cox Administrative Services since September 2003. I am a Virtual Assistant offering all sorts of administrative services to individuals, businesses and charities including word processing, labels, desk top publishing and proof reading to name just a few.

My company website is www.coxadmin.co.uk.

If I can be of any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Hello Lynn!
Welcome to the forums. VA's are something on my todo list to look into with regards partnership arrangements so I may be in touch over the coming months.

Welcome to the forum Lynn, I really like seeing the growth of this service area. So many companies have reduced admin/secretarial staff numbers down drastically leaving professional staff to do many admin tasks for themselves (badly) I am surprised anything gets done these days. The growth of your kind of offering, focused no doubt on small businesses, demonstrates that this is a need for, and value in, such services. I wish I was allowed to use you (if only to sort out my damned expenses).

Best wishes for your business,

Stuart

Hi Lynn and a belated welcome to the forums.

Your services are something that I also need to look into but am putting it off until the new year at least. As Stuart says with staffing reductions being the norm at the moment there is a real benefit to many SME's to maintain a professional capability but not have a permanent overhead.

If the previous posts are anything to go by, it is people's apathy/procrastination that will be your biggest challenge! Why do we all say we will deal these things later? I'm at least as bad as others.

Seems to me like you will need to look at ways to make it easy for people to:

a) Find out exactly how you can help (including the practicalities etc)
b) Start using your services without risk

Hi Everyone

I must apologise to everyone who responded to my introduction - I didn't manage to get back here and view your responses, comments and suggestions. Thank you to everyone.

Since my orignal post I have updated my website and amended the errors that had been pointed out to me by personal messages from members of this forum.

I would certainly look forward to discussing with anyone how my business could assist you.
