I am intending to start a UK based, IT company or join a existing company,as a partner. I am a .Net programmer with skills in Asp.Net, C#,SqlServer 2005,Asp.Net Ajax. I intend to develop web based applications. Can anyone suggest the best method/procedure to follow.
For tax purposes, which is the best way to begin with. Any friendly advise will be appreciated.
