Hi,

Im wondering if there are are any good lead generator sites out there for the SEO industry?

Approved Index leads always seam like they over hassled. Im looking for qualified leads if possible


I will be using them whilst I achieve the rankings for my website.

I tried Approved Index and other similar sites for a while but never got any work from it. It didn’t seem like the leads where really qualified and the clients where just testing for quotes.

I find using Adwords more cost effective. Anyway, Approved Index use Adwords to generate their leads so why paid for a lead and then compete with 4-5 other companies (could be more) when you can just pay per click.

The sooner you can get good natural listings for your website the better. This goes a long way, especially when you are selling SEO services.

I have good natural listings for my clients sites, and have achieved in the past listings under the key seo terms

However my SEO Site is currently less than 3 weeks old, has only been cached the once and whilst im pushing to get it ranked, you cant push too hard or there will be penalties ;)

Hency why Im looking at getting leads in through other methods in the short term ;)

I was having this conversation with a business advisor from Business Link last week. His suggestion was to find local busnesses, look at their websites and then contact them with a proposal for seo. Lots of research needed so it costs you in time not money.
