hi, I wany to open an online art print gallery.
my plan is to sell few prints per week. just an extra thing.

i am busy during the day so only option would be leaving my mobile phone ( i live in ireland), and secondly i am not native english so it would be hard to provide proffesional contact by mobile etc.

do you have any advice?

is that ok to give only email?

is there any uk company providing such a service like staying at the phone number and giving info to customers?

I think email is enough, everyone can wait for 48 hours. As you are not dealing with a large number of item, so its difficult to find someone who can handle it for you.

Most offer a variety of packages - and a variety of costs.
Personally, i'd never buy from a site that only offered e-mail contact

I have had great success with a company called www.Answer-4u.com. They can tailor the package from being a very basic answering service to giving information on products and even taking credit card orders. Messages are emailed to you and can also be sent as a text message too. It is a Pay as you go service with a minimum spend of £20 per month so is affordable.

Maildroppers.com are switching all our clients over to answer-4u.com because they are cheaper than our current provider and operate 24 hours too.
