Can you recommend a recruitment website?

Has anyone used any of the many recruitment websites to find employees? Which are good and which are bad? I'm looking for a general manager for our tenpin bowling centre.

In your case I think a local job board would probably be best, or even just an ad at the centre. You could do a search on Google for "jobs scotland" and see what sites come up, but some of the big job sites aren't cheap.
