what i mean is that i have few oversea visitors. as my web is a new one, how can i get more and more oversea visitors? it is unrealistic if i call my intended customers to visit my site. email marketing seems effective, but not so effective as i thought. besides, where can i get my own mail list?

I am afraid it would be inappropriate if I paste the link of my site here. Ok, let me put my question specific, how can built my mail list as I am going to adopt the strategy of email marketing. Anyone share some valuable ideas? Finding new customers is always difficult for a new b2b website.
